An intimate fine-dining experience for two - five courses crafted to celebrate love, flavor, and connection.

EXPERIENCE

The Experience

Romantic Dinner Toast
The evening begins with the soft glow of candlelight and the gentle scent of a dozen roses filling the air. Every element is curated to create an aura of romance — elegant table décor, refined music, and warm ambiance.

Chef Matthew Cruz personally prepares and serves each of the five courses before you, transforming your home or chalet into a private dining sanctuary. Each plate celebrates local ingredients from Ontario and Québec, blending Mediterranean passion with Asian precision.

From the first sip of champagne to the final spoonful of dessert, every moment is designed to draw you closer — an unforgettable evening where love, flavor, and artistry intertwine.
